Terms of Service
WILL DRAW:
Humans, Humanoids, Scalies, Nudity, Simple NSFW.
MIGHT DRAW:
Item Heads, Armor.
(Armor Requires Detailed Visual References)
WON'T DRAW:
Racism, Anti-LGBT, Pedophilia, Dutchies, Ferals, 40k.
GENERAL NOTE:
I work in a semi-realistic style (natural proportions).
NSFW art requires a pose reference and has an additional charge. I also require proof of Age.
LARGE OR COMPLEX WINGS WILL COST EXTRA!
Additional Character Charges:
First: +85% of base price
Second: +75% of base price
3 or More: +60% of base price EACH.
PAYMENT
I take Paypal, Cash App, and Kofi. Make sure payment is noted as not needing to be shipped on Paypal.
I generally take payment up front, for more expensive pieces I may be willing to offer payment plans but 25-50% has to be put down and art will not be started until full payment is made.
WORKING PROCESS:
I draw a rough pose sketch free of charge if you are commissioning, we can decide on the pose you want. After the pose has been decided I'll send an invoice for payment.
I only start working on the commissioned piece after full payment.
I don't show WIP for Sketch commissions outside of pose.
You will receive a WIP before each new faze. Corrections needed should be brought up before the next faze. If it's wrong don't be afraid to POLITELY inform me.
Once all the necessary alterations are done and approved, I finish the piece.
Please note: at the stage of rough sketch you will receive corrections, as many as necessary. At the stages of Line art you will receive free corrections, you will even receive color corrections at flat color stage, but any correction/addition
to line art/pose during flat coloring will cost an additional fee, please keep all line changes to the sketch and line art stage. Please make sure to take into consideration style range and themes I work in, before making a commission reservation!
Corrections to finished piece or piece that’s already in the process of being shaded will be an additional charge depending on the complexity of the change!
WHAT WILL YOU GET AS A RESULT:
A full-size image with signature and Clear Background that you can publish anywhere. Additionally if you added a background upcharge you will get the piece with and without the back ground.
REFUNDS:
Full refunds are available if work has not begun on your commission since payment. Partial refunds are given based on what stage the work process gets frozen.
- Line Art: 90% refund for simple commissions, 70% for complex pieces
- Coloring work just started: 70% refund
- The piece is more than half completed: 50% refund
Note: This will only happen if something has happened on my end and I am unable to complete your piece.
TURN AROUND TIME:
Turn around time varies between a few hours to a few weeks this also depends on the size of the commission. The frequency at which you approve each or request at changes at each stage also determines my art completion timing. If there will be a delay, I will inform you. Rush jobs that must be finished same day are an additional fee.
PUBLISHING RULES:
Commissions will be uploaded to my portfolio site(Here). All secret commissions that I can't upload anywhere will cost 50% more. This art is for private use only. Commercial pieces are Price x3.
